In the first semi-final today, RCF outplayed Central Railway 3-0. Central Railway looked quite off-track today. RCF on the other hand combined well as a team. Their forwards invaded the railway area regularly and their efforts paid-off in the 25th minute. A melee near the goal saw S Megraj hit a backhand drive taking the railway custodian, Arun Gurung, by surprise.

After the lemon break Mahesh Bagade (39th minute) and N Thimmaih (6nd minute) netted to seal the match in RCF’s favour.
