NOV 16: The `mini-ratna’ Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has declared a dividend of Rs 10.20 crore for the year 1999-2000. The dividend cheque was presented by D K Varma, chairman and managing director, RCF, to Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, Union minister for chemicals and fertilizers. Ashok Pahwa, secretary, department of fertilizers and other senior officials were present on the occasion.

The company is planning to set up a joint venture for production of DAP in Rajasthan and a major expansion project at its Thal unit to substantially increase its production and market share.
