Litterateur Bedekar dies at 93
PUNE: Doyen of Marathi literature, noted film director and script writer Vishram Bedekar died in a private hospital here on Friday. He was 93. Bedekar, who was president of the All India Marathi Sahitya Sammelan held in Mumbai in 1986, had also directed six Marathi and three Hindi movies including Rustom Sohrab and Ek Nanhi Munhi Ladki Thi.
