GUNTUR: Devineni Seshagiri Rao, the main accused in the sensational murder of Siti Cable managing director P Ramakrishna in Vijayawada recently, surrendered before the CID inspector here today. Rao’s surrender came as he was refused anticipatory bail by a court in Vijayawada which ordered him to surrender before the investigating officer.
