Australian leggie is all set to become an ‘eye candy’ for his supporters by starring as a Roman Emperor.

Oz cricket legend Shane Warne has always entertained his fans through his outstanding ‘match winning’ boundaries and sixes, but now the former Australian leggie is all set to become an ‘eye candy’ for his supporters by starring as a Roman Emperor in the latest Ashes advertisement arsenal.

In the latest commercial, which is yet to be aired in England,Warne stars as a Roman Emperor wearing a skirt and sandals, and giving the thumbs down as he stands beside the Ashes Urn,the Daily Telegraph reports.

The series of campaigns are a sign that the Ashes has become much bigger than a battle between two cricket sides,it has probably evolved into a multi-million dollar sledging campaign across TV,mobiles and online, the paper said.

Warne would reportedly spend this summer giving commentaries for Sky News and the Nine Network during the Ashes.
