Captain Andrew Strauss and star all-rounder Andrew Flintoff have endorsed Andy Flower to become England’s head coach on a permanent basis. Flower took over the charge of England team after Peter Moores dismissal. “All I can say is that I’ve worked very well with him. I don’t think he’s put a foot wrong all tour — he’s been a fantastic help to me. I hope our relationship can continue, but it’s not my decision,” Strauss said.

Flintoff, echoed his captain’s feelings,“Andy has done a good job with the lads,he’s popular,he wants the best for the team — every day he turns up at practice and tries to make the team better and I don’t think you can ask for any more from a coach,” he added.
