Top 10 countries with the best quality of life in 2025
Luxembourg tops the list with a score of 218.2, offering its residents safety, prosperity, and strong public services. Oman is the only non-European nation in the top 10, scoring 215.1, and is praised for its low crime rate, modern infrastructure, and natural beauty.
These rankings underline how countries investing in healthcare, education, and clean environments consistently provide better standards of living.
