Ai Weiwei has made headlines worldwide since his detention in China last year. As an artist,he is an eclectic talent who draws,paints,sculpts and does conceptual art,photography,cultural criticism and architecture. Now,a film documentary,Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry sheds light on the man behind the dissident artist,with a goal that US and other audiences might learn more about Chinese culture and,perhaps,about themselves. Ai,54,disappeared in his country in April 2011,and after an outcry by art lovers,free speech activists and politicians,he was found to have been jailed by Chinese officials.
Olivia Munn is slowly and steadily finding success in Hollywood on big and small screens with the HBO drama The Newsroom and director Steven Soderberghs movie Magic Mike. If working with two high-profile Oscar winners in Soderbergh and Newsroom creator Aaron Sorkin was not enough,Munn is now taking her first leading role in the film The Babymakers. She portrays the wife of a man who cannot make her pregnant,so he gathers his friends to break into a sperm bank to steal the deposit he left years ago. Munn,32,said the couple is in the early years of their marriage; they feel like they have time. Everything on the reproductive side seemed to be working before,but now theres this problem.
