Also on the list is Secretary, Panchayati Raj, Meenakshi Datta Ghosh . Her husband, Prodipto Ghosh, is the Environment Secretary. And there is another couple at the top. P V Bhide is Secretary, Investment. His wife, Sheela Bhide, has also been empanelled as a Secretary. She is currently Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of External Affairs, awaiting a slot at the Secretary level.
