JANUARY 19: The Mumbai police is in the process of preparing a chargesheet against the Martys, the Swiss couple who were arrested last year on the charge of luring street children into a pornography racket. According to sources the chargesheet will be filed next week.

The police have also been exchanging information with the Swiss police who were here to investigate the case.

The Swiss police have reportedly found enough evidence at theMartys’residence in their home town. It was also found that the couple were very well-off and lured the children with luxurious gifts. It is believed that some relatives of the Martys were also involved in the pornography ring.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) D Sivanandhan said, “The Swiss police who were here have found them to be guilty. The case is almost complete and we will very soon file a chargesheet against the couple.” The Mumbai police is also in tounch with Interpol to find out if the pornographic pictures have been provided to any sites on the Internet.

Nagamallaiah, the victim, who is originally from Karnataka, was attacked by his co-worker-- Yordanis Cobos-Martinez at the Downtown Suites motel where he worked.
