CHANDIGARH, Oct 30: Plaza Carnival in Sector 17 is back from tomorrow It will be held every Saturday till May 1999. Punjab Governor would be the chief guest at tomorrow8217;s function.

According to Manikideep, organiser of the show, the highlights of tomorrow8217;s programme are performance by the Chandigarh Police brass band, Punjabi songs by Sarabjit and group from Jalandhar.
