PATNA, SEPT 6: Police have busted a racket of question paper leak of the primary teachers recruitment test conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission BPSC here by arresting 21 people on Sunday.
A team from Sachiwalaya police station conducted raids at several places here, including Rajbhavan colony and arrested a Rajbhavan employee, Rajendra Prasad, and seven others, in this connection.
