The petitioner made enquiries and was told by the principal of the college that she was granted admission under instructions from the university authorities, he further alleged. Shrawan Dogra argued on behalf of the petitioner that the impugned admission was arbitrary, unreasonable and against the admission norms advertised by the university. Indication available after the court notice point that the respondent hails from a politically well connected family in the state.
