BANGKOK, NOV 8: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Louis Freeh on Monday said investigators had found no evidence of foul play in the crash of an Egyptair flight last week killing 217 people.Speaking during a stop in Bangkok en route to an interpol conference in South Korea, Freeh, however, said a criminal act could not be ruled out until all the evidence was collected."We are processing and working the case with a view towards preserving all the evidence if in fact we receive information that this was a criminal act," he told reporters. "We have not received any such information. However, we can't rule out anything until all the facts are obtained."US Defence Secretary William Cohen said on Thursday there was no evidence of a terrorist act, despite the presence of 33 Egyptian military officers travelling on the plane official business. The Pentagon said most of the officers were visiting US contractors around the country, but five were in the country on private visits. It said Egyptian officers make on average 1,000 visits to the United States a year.
