Top 10 youngest Indian entrepreneurs in Hurun India U-35 2025: India is witnessing a rise in young, innovative entrepreneurs who are moving away from traditional career paths to establish their own ventures.
The latest Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U35 List 2025 highlights that about 76 per cent of entrepreneurs on the list are first-generation founders, reflecting India’s growing wave of self-made business leaders.
The entrepreneurs under the age of 35 collectively oversee enterprises valued at USD 443 billion (Rs 39 lakh crore), which equates to nearly a tenth of India’s GDP, according to the report.
Hardik Kothiya, co-founder of Rayzon Solar in Surat, at 31, is the youngest U-35 entrepreneur, followed by Vikas Goyal, co-founder of Kuku FM (31).
This year, 15 women entrepreneurs are on the list, with Minu Margaret, founder of BlissClub, aged 31, being the youngest woman, driving innovation and inclusivity in women’s activewear.
Ritesh Agarwal, founder of PRISM (formerly OYO), also features at 9th position in the U35 entrepreneur list and leads in digital reach, with approximately 1.32 million followers on LinkedIn.

While these entrepreneurs have collectively employed more than 767,000 professionals, Reliance Retail, led by Isha Ambani, with 247,782 employees, is the largest employer within this list, and she also ranks as the sixth youngest woman entrepreneur in 2025.

Out of the top 10, four entrepreneurs are based in Bengaluru, which also tops the list of most represented cities, with 54 located here—solidifying its position as India’s startup capital.
