The Government on Monday sought a consensus on the National Rural Employment Guarantee Bill with Water Resources Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi telling Lok Sabha that it was the first step to instill confidence among the jobless. 8216;8216;We know there is no magic formula to tackle problems like poverty and unemployment,8217;8217; he said.

Domestic violence bill

The bill to protect women from domestic violence was introduced in the Lok Sabha today.
