New Delhi, July 2: The Indian Hockey Federation IHF is planning to change the format of the National Championship to remove the lop-sided contests in the early stages, IHF President KPS Gill today said.8220;We want to change the format. This year the time was too short, but from next year onwards a new frame-work should be in place,8221; he said.
