External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh will not travel to Pakistan for a meeting of Asian ministers next week because of other engagements, Indian embassy officials said today.Singh was scheduled to attend the 26-nation Asian Cooperation Dialogue summit in Islamabad on April 6, and expected to hold talks with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Khursheed Kasuri on the ongoing peace efforts. Two embassy officials said Singh will miss the meeting because of ‘‘engagements at home.’’ Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal will attend next week’s meeting. —AP/PTI
