KOLHAPUR, Aug 20: The Maratha Sanghatana’s newly formed Kolhapur Nagari Asmita Front will contest from all 12 Assembly segments in Kolhapur district.

A press release issued by convenor of the Maratha Sanghatana, Bal Ghatge said here today that a decision to this effect was taken at a meeting called by the Sanghatana here on Thursday.

Various political party leaders, those denied tickets by the political parties have expressed their willingness to join the new front to fight the Assembly elections, Ghatge claimed and pointed out that a final decision in this regard would be taken on Saturday.
