Film star Aamir Khan will chat up fans at the Net Express Cyber Cafe on Wednesday, May 20, at 11 am. The chat session is the third in the series organised by The Indian Express Online Media Limited. The other two stars invited were Anupam Kher and Juhi Chawla.

Films likely in concurrent list

The Centre is considering bringing films in the concurrent list of the constitution to help resolve issues like high rate of entertainment tax, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.

"The government will pursue the matter of rates of entertainment tax which vary widely and are over 100 per cent in some states, and it will be our endeavour to ensure the film industry is not crippled by exorbitant taxes," he told a gathering of film luminaries on Monday.
