Mulayam, however, said the Congress would have to take an initiative in this regard.

On his alleged involvement in the fodder scam, Laloo Yadav said he was dragged into the case out of political vendetta.

Mulayam and Laloo said that Maharashtra Chief Minister Manohar Joshi had no moral right tocontinue in office after strictures passed by the Srikrishna Commission against Thackeray.

They rapped Joshi for rejecting the report and dubbing it as “biased and anti-Hindu”.
