MUMBAI, JUNE 23: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited MTNL recently released an updated telephone directory on CD-ROM. The CD-ROM Telephone Directory contains nearly 20 lakh entries upgraded upto April 1999. These CD-ROMs will be available on sale for Rs 100 at all Quick Customer Service Centres of MTNL.
A new edition of the printed telephone directory is expected to be issued shortly as the contract for its printing has recently been awarded to M/s Daily Tej Private limited. CD-ROM directories are also available at Area General manager offices as well as MTNL office at Phoenix House, Lower Parel.
