AHMEDABAD, Nov 16: Two sisters, who were reportedly missing mysteriously from Shahibaug on October 26, returned home safely on Monday. The family informed the police of their home-coming.

Police said the sisters had quarrelled over some issue at their house in Vaibhav Apartments and left around 12.30 pm. When they did not return after two days, their father, Rajendra Jain, lodged a complaint. Jain hails from Rajasthan and had business in Guwahati. He had left Assam following ULFA activities and settled in Shahibaug.

Police said Jain told them that the girls had stayed in Maninagar and a couple dropped them home. He denied any untoward happening. When contacted, the family refused to divulge details said they wanted to withdraw the complaint.
