NEW DELHI, AUG 26: The Lok Sabha secretariat has instituted two annual research fellowships for conducting original studies on aspects relating to broad areas of functioning of Parliament and parliamentary institutions.

The aspects include parliamentary institutions/systems -evolution and development, Parliamentary Rules, Practices and Procedures, Committee System, communication between Parliament and people, modern techniques of service and support systems of Parliament, a Lok Sabha secretariat release said today.

The duration of the fellowship is two years and the value will be limited to a maximum of Rs. 2.5 lakh.
