LUCKNOW, March 23: Uttar Pradesh Loktantrik Congress president Naresh Agarwal today said his party was not in favour of merger with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and instead demanded that the BJP draw up a common minimum programme in the state. Talking to mediapersons, Agarwal said the party workers were unanimous on the issue of the Loktantrik Congress maintaining its Independent identity.
