Last bite with Bhairavi goswami

My last memorable meal was almost a month ago at the Zodiac Grill. The restaurant is more about the ambience and service than just the food. It’s an entire experience. The waiters are all dressed up so beautifully. They know when to stay in the background and when to serve you. Their service forms the prefect setting for a romantic evening. But this time around, I was dining with an interesting group of friends. I met a polo player from Argentina and we spoke about horses and the sport. There was another friend who was telling us several little known facts about her country. I had the vegetarian ‘Degustation’ set menu. This was my first special meal after I turned vegetarian. I have been to Zodiac Grill many times but had never tasted their vegetarian fare. It was accompanied by champagne—Dom Perignon. I couldn’t have left the place without my favourite chocolate dessert and coffee. It’s the only time I drink coffee. One must conclude then, that fine wines, good food and great conversation always make for a perfect evening.
