The lamp lighting ceremony of the 3rd batch of Sadhu Vaswani College of Nursing was held at the St. Mira8217;s College auditorium recently.
The ceremony is held in reverence to Florence Nightingale or the Lady with the Lamp. The students received the light from their teachers and become the new torch bearers.

The students also took oath to uphold the values of the profession.
Later, chief guest R A Vaswani, chairperson, Sadhu Vaswani Mission, urged the students to stick to the motto of Sadhu Vaswani 8212; kindle the light of love and compassion.
