CHANDIGARH, MARCH 10: Karandeep Singh bagged the best athlete title in the boys section in the Central Polytechnic College, Sector 26, annual athletic meet which concluded at the college ground here today.Anju Bala and Gurvinder Kaur were declared best athletes in the girls group.Sarvan Kumar got three gold medals on the final day. He bagged first positions in the 110 and 400 metres hurdles. He was also winner in the two-lap race.Naresh Thakur, who won gold medal in the 3,000-metre yesterday, ran a well judged pace to win first place in the 5,000 metres today.
