The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a PIL seeking that the March 16 presidential notification disqualifying SP leader Jaya Bachchan as a Rajya Sabha MP be considered as unconstitutional, on the ground that the Election Commission had not advised the President rightly on the issue of office of profit.
