PUNE, March 24: The standing committee of Pune Municipal Corporation PMC today approved the civic administration8217;s proposal to acquire land and properties towards widening the major thoroughfares of Jungli Maharaj Road and Shankersheth Road.
Standing committee chairman Arun Dhimdhime told media persons that the 100 ft J M Road would be widened from Pune Stock Exchange at Deccan to Jungli Maharaj Mandir chowk to 120 ft.
