New York, May 7: Britain8217;s Lennox lewis knocked out Michael Grant to keep his World heavyweight title, but was flattened by pay-per-view numbers that show only 375,000 purchases of last Saturday8217;s showdown here.

US homes could purchase the fight and three undercard matchups for just under 45.

Lewis8217; triumph over Holyfield last November lured 850,000 pay-per-view purchases. Their first match-up, which ended here in a draw in March of last year, had 1.2 million purchases.

The Tyson-Holyfield bouts had the best purchase numbers, with 1.6 million buying their first encounter and a record 1.9 paying to watch the re-match in which Tyson bit Holyfield8217;s ears.
