MUMBAI, APR 21: Indian information technology companies evoked a high level of interest among the international investors at the two-day International Technology and Investor Conference held in New York on April 19 and 20.

“The investor response to the presentations given by Indian companies was encouraging, suggesting that there continues to be very high level of investor interest in Indian IT sector,” Jardine Fleming India said in a release here.

The conference was organised by the Fleming group (Robert Fleming & Jardine Fleming) and BlueStone Capital Partners, in which 35 IT companies from 15 countries and 150 investment funds participated, the release said.

India had the largest presence at the meet with 12 participants – Infosys Technologies, ICIL, Leading Edge Systems, Mastek, NIIT, Pentafour Software, Polaris Software, Rolta India, Silverline Industries, Sonata Software, Aptech and Wipro, it added.
