SCOTLAND: Defender Colin Calderwood broke two bones in his hand in Tuesday8217;s 1-1 draw with Norway and will almost certainly miss the rest of the World Cup. Calderwood has been flown to London where he might have an operation to pin together broken bones in his hand. quot;Colin Calderwood sustained injury to his right hand, having fallen awkwardly.
