DHULE (MAHARASHTRA), JULY 3: India would drag Pakistan to `International Court of Criminal Justice’ for the latter’s role in the Kargil conflict, Union Law Minister Ram Jethmalani said here today.
Talking to media persons at the local airport, Jethmalani said, `Those responsible for Pakistan’s aggression in Kashmir would be tried in the international court for war crimes, on the lines of the Huremberg trials of German warlords after the World War II’.
Asked to name those who would be tried in the court, Jethmalani retorted, "Isn’t that obvious? As long as I am the minister for Law and Judiciary, I will ensure that those responsible for the Kargil conflict would be tried in the international court."
