Barcelona, Jan 8: India, after being made to fight by Canada on Thursday, gave in to a fast and aggresive German team, losing 1-2 in the Four-Nation men's hockey tournament on Friday. Spain won its second consecutive match to top the standings.India went ahead in the 10th minute through Dilip Tirkey but Christophe Bechnamm got the equaliser for the German team eight minutes later. The winning goal for Germany came in the 62nd minute off the stick of Florian Kunz.India will face Spain in the final league game on Saturday while Germany take on Canada.Earlier, Javier Arnau and Eduard Tubau scored two goals apiece to help Spain to a 7-3 routing of Canada. Spain are now the favourites to win the tournament after its second victory. Spain defeated Germany in its first game.
