NEW DELHI, November 3: Imtiaz Ahmed scored five goals including a hat-trick as B.A.V Inter College, Meerut humbled Shivaji Vidyanaketan (Maharashtra) 12-0 in the 16th Nehru ONGC Sub-Junior Hockey Tournament at National Stadium here today.

For the winners, who led 4-0 at half time, other scorers were Gagan Srivastava, Jagdish Yadav (2 each) Mohd.Imran Ansari, Hemant Kumar and Gaurav Bhardwaj. Imtiaz scored his goals in the eighth, 17th, 18th, 46th and 51st minutes of the match.

In a pool 3 match, Children Academy, Bhopal trounced Govt High School, Mizoram 6-1 after leading 2-0 at the breather. Mubeen-ur-Rehman, Babar Khan and M.Tej Khan (2 each) were the scorers. In the first match of the day, T.K.L.School from Manipur defeated G.G.S Khalsa School, Chandigarh 4-2 after leading 2-1 at the end of the first half.

Th.Banty Singh, S.Tany Singh, Martun Singh and Tenyson Singh scored a goal each for the winners. Devinder Singh and Hardip Singh scored for the Chandigarh side.

In pool 1, Govt Boys High School, Poonch were held to a 2-2 draw by G.S.Kumar Vidyalaya, Limbdi (Gujarat).

Jaswinder Pal and Charanjiv Singh were the scorers for Poonch while Jadeja Chandra and Rana Virbhadra scored a goal each for the Limbdi team.

In the last match of the day, GSA Academy, Amritsar outplayed Govt. High School, Gurgaon 6-0. Gurnail Singh, Gurpreet Singh (2 each), Surinderjit and Sarabjit were the goal-getters.
