Implement PSEB circulars, say MC staff

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 16: The general body meeting of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation Street Light Employees and Workers Union was held today under the chairmanship of the union president Mohinder Singh. A press release issued by the union general ,secretary Vaches Pati, said that the workers demanded implementation of various PSEB circulars.

Maintenance workers hold gate meeting n Members of the UT Building Maintenance Workers8217; Union held a gate meeting at the maintenance booth in Sector 19. The meet was held to protest against the UT administration authorities for not implementing their demands. It was decided to hold a protest rally in front of the UT Secretariat in Sector 9, if their demands are not met, a press release said.

Memorandum submitted
The Class IV Government Employees Union, UT Chandigarh, have submitted a memorandum to the principal of the Government Home Science College, Sector 10. They have threatened to hold a protest rally on June 21, if their demands are not met by June 20. The memorandum, which was also released to the press, was signed by Tarachand Kashyap.
