‘I run four km every two days’

Tell us about your daily diet.
It has lots of water. I begin my day with a mixed juice of beetroot, carrot and bitter gourd. The heaviest meal of the day is breakfast and the lightest is dinner which generally comprises salads, fruits and grilled fish.

What’s your exercise routine?
I run four kilometres every alternate evening. I also do weight training at the gym twice a week.
What’s your favourite food?
I love non-veg, specially fish. I take it grilled or with a Kerala-special curry that my Malyalai mother makes.

Is there anything you binge on?
Kebabs.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
To lose weight, I run an extra kilometre. To gain weight, I do weight training as my metabolic rate is high.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Lots of times.
What’s your idea of health?
Eating or drinking what’s good for your body and exercising.
