MANASVI MAMGAI, MODELTell us about your daily diet.I have breakfast in two parts. At 7 am, I have lemonade. At 10 am, I have egg, milk, bread or cereals. Lunch and dinner are home-cooked dal, sabzi, roti and rice. Between the two meals, I munch on salad and fruits.What is your exercise routine?I go to the gym every alternate day for a one-and-a-half hour work out. Since I am naturally thin with a high metabolic rate, I don’t do too much of cardio. I do mostly light weights and stretching.Is there anything you binge on?Nothing.What’s your favourite cuisine?Punjabi and Italian.What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?For losing, I’ll have dinner early, by 6 pm and cut down on carbohydrates and fattening foods. For gaining, I’ll eat fatty foods such as bananas.How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?Never.What is your idea of health?Healthy is not about thin or fat. It’s all about a proper, well-balanced diet.
