‘I binge on mangoes’

My breakfast is generally all about eggs, toast and jam. Lunch is typically home made food.

Tell us about your daily diet.
The first thing I have in the morning is a cup of tea. My breakfast is generally all about eggs, toast and jam. Lunch is typically home made food. I really like bitter gourd, spinach and lady fingers. Dinner is more or less non vegetarian.

What is your exercise routine?
I am no big fan of working out and neither do I follow a strict diet regime. I think it is relatively difficult for me. One, there is no time because of the busy schedules and secondly we end up exerting ourselves during these shoots and that leaves no scope of a workout for me.

Is there anything you binge on?
As of now mangoes.Otherwise it is chocolate all the way.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
I love Thai food and since sea food is an integral part of it I find it quite irresistible. I eat things like squids which are not liked by most people.

What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Well I have always been on the skinnier side and have never had this ability to gain weight. So if I have to loose weight all I do is take care of what I eat and if it is all about gaining weight,

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many times. I like to eat and food is something that one does not have a control on
What is your idea of health?
Health does not depend on your weight. If you are able to do 40 minutes of jogging in a day, you are definitely a healthy person. One should eat as much as one wants.
