I love chocolates. But if there8217;s a show coming up, I try to avoid them for a few days.
Do you follow a fitness schedule?
I have never followed any kind of fitness programme. If I have a good figure, it8217;s all thanks to the genes I inherited. Even after having my daughter, I did not have to do anything to stay in shape.
Do you never exercise?
My husband recently convinced me that fitness is not about staying slim or having the right measurements. It8217;s about being healthy. For example, if I feel the strain while bending down, it8217;s because I am not fit. So a month ago, I joined a gym. But I must confess, I am not very regular there either.
What kind of exercises do you do?
Since I don8217;t have to worry much about losing weight, I mostly do light weights. I concentrate mainly on stamina-building exercises.
What about your diet?
My husband and I don8217;t avoid anything though we don8217;t like binging. Anything in excess is of course bad. During summers, we don8217;t have non-vegetarian stuff during the day. So it8217;s mostly vegetables and daal in the afternoon and some non-veg food in the evening. I stay with my in-laws and they are very health-conscious. So, we control the intake of fried and excessively spicy food. But that doesn8217;t mean we avoid them.
