I have been a sports enthusiast from childhood. And though I try to exercise regularly, it8217;s not possible when traveling. I am lucky that I don8217;t have the tendency to put on weight.

What is your fitness regime like?

When at home, I go to the gym at least thrice a week. I do cardio and weights for 20 minutes each. On other days, I run. That8217;s my ultimate fitness test. If I am able to run, that means I am fine. I also do kickboxing and rock climbing in the gym.

Do you diet?

If there is one fitness mantra that I strictly follow, it is to never diet. You live only once and I believe in enjoying my life to the hilt. So, eat whatever you want and also exercise.

I eat four meals a day and then exercise to burn off the excess calories. I am a chocoholic. I can8217;t stop eating chocolates.

What is your favourite cuisine?

When away from home, I miss my bhindi, 00and roti. Otherwise, Chinese and Thai foods are my favourites. I avoid seafood because I am very allergic to it.

I prefer homemade food. For breakfast, I have fruits and a glass of juice followed by cereal. Lunch is three-to-four rotis, dal, two vegetable dishes, curd and salads. In the evening, I have milkshake and a sandwich. Since dinner should ideally be light, I avoid rice. But I have chicken for proteins. I keep snacking on chocolates and also have a lot of fruits. I don8217;t like chips and oily food. Sweets are welcome anytime.
