I usually ensure a very balanced diet. But once in a while, I do indulge in biryani. I love it.

Do you follow any fitness regime in particular?

I am a fitness freak and religiously follow a combination of cardio and weight-training five times a week. I also believe that stretching is crucial as it helps your muscles relax. So, stretching exercises are a must during every workout.

Apart from these, do you practice yoga, tai chi or any other form of exercise?

Yes. I started training in martial arts three years ago and have been practising taekwondo and kick-boxing since. Martial arts make both sides of the body8212; left and right8212;work. This, in turn, means exercise for both sides of the brain. Now, my focus and concentration power have increased and my body is well-toned.

What about your diet?

I generally eat a well-balanced meal. However, once in a while, I indulge. For example, though I try to avoid oily food, I love biryani. My favourite cuisine is Chinese and I usually have it when eating out. My only advice to people would be to drink a lot of water. It flushes all toxins from your system.

Do you go to a gym?

Yes, I am a member of the Golds Gym and Leena Mogre.

Who guides you? Do you have a personal trainer?

Yes. Amit Kadam is an excellent trainer and motivator. He constantly motivates me to keep my body in excellent shape.

What do you binge on? Any habits you8217;d like to get rid of?

I have a sweet tooth and I love desserts and pastries. Though I try and limit my sweet intake, a little indulgence once in a while is harmless.
