BANGALORE, July 8: The Karnataka High Court has dismissed the plea to seekinf CBI inquiry into the death of three persons after having undergone an eye operation in Sira in Tumkur district. According to a department inquiry conducted by the Health and Family Welfare Department, the three persons who died were in the age group 70-80 years and had died natural deaths.
