AUG 24: Ibadulla Hazi and Saira Khan won their individual fourth round events to keep Ideal’s hopes alive, in both the boys and girls events at the Ist Inter Schools Carrom Tournament being played under the auspices of the Thane District Football Association at the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium, Thane (W).

Ibadulla Hazi defeated Vaibhav Satam (Shrirang) 25-15 in the Group A event to proceed into the next round while Saira Khan got the better of Seema Chand (New English). Saira won 25-16.
