Defending British Open champion Padraig Harrington cut off another day of practice because of a sprained right wrist.
Harrington had no trouble on the driving range, but managed only three shots on the course at Royal Birkdale before deciding the pain was too great. He walked with rest of the back nine with Woody Austin, limiting himself to chipping and putting. Harrington has gotten in only nine holes of actual practice since hurting his wrist Saturday swinging into an impact bag.
