
AKOLA, FEBRUARY 2: The Democratic Front government in Maharashtra was trying to reduce the “huge losses incurred by the State Transport Corporation, Electricity Board and in the Cotton Monopoly Procurement Scheme during the Shiv Sena-BJP rule, Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal has said. A major problem faced by the government was the huge debts incurred by the previous Sena-BJP regime, Bhujbal told newsmen here today. Bhujbal said his Nationalist Congress Party would oppose the attempt by the BJP-led central government to review the Constitution.
