NEW DELHI, DEC 4: The designated authority set up in the commerce ministry to probe dumping cases has recommended revised anti-dumping duties on caffeine and theophyline imported from China, on grounds of continued material injury to the domestic industry.

Both sides also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of power, energy, transportation, telecommunication, information technology, electronic commerce, agriculture, drugs and pharmaceuticals.
