
SATARA, JANUARY 5: The district chief magistrate court today extended the magisterial custody of former Maharashtra Minister Udayanraje Bhosale and 14 other accused in the murder case of Nationalist Congress Party activist Sharad Leve, up to January 12.
Bhosale and another accused Yashodhan Narkar, who were admitted to a hospital, were not produced in the court.
The magistrate Kamal Wadgaonkar issued an order to police, directing them to produce all the 15 accused in the court on January 12 after Ashok Ponshe, appearing for the CID, made a request to the court this effect.
