Lions Club, Chandigarh in association with the Lions Club Leicester Charnwood, UK organised a free eye operation camp at Aggarwal Bhawan in Panchkula8217;s Sector 16 on Sunday. More than 350 people were examined and around 49 of them operated upon in Amrawati Hospital. Free spectacles and medicines were also distributed to those in need. While the camp was inaugurated by Nimmi Sandhu, President of the Chandigarh chapter of the Lions Club, others who attended the camp included President of the Lions Club Leicester Charnwood along with fellow members and their spouses.
